The Total theme includes a built-in version of the iLightbox javascript script for all lightbox support in the theme. It’s used for various Total Visual Composer modules, the Visual Composer Single Image Module, blog gallery format, if lightbox is enabled for your blog featured images and a few other locations. If you browser to Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options > Lightbox you can select from various options include different built-in skins.
