The Total theme includes a Customizer setting so you can move the WooCommerce single product tabs position. Simply go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Total) > Single Product and alter the option that reads “Product Tabs Position“. By default the WooCommerce product tabs display below the image gallery and product details in a full-width fashion but you can select to display them inside the right column under the main details if you prefer.
