Total includes the ability to display a video inside a slider when you are using the Gallery format for blog posts or when using the Image Slider or Image Gallery Slider modules. Simply define a video for your image attachment like such (and of course you could also declare the video via the WordPress Media admin page by clicking and editing any image):
