Total Theme v 5.11.1

This update is primarily to provide the updated version of Slider Revolution which contains a security patch.

Total has always bundled the Slider Revolution plugin so it needs to keep including it. However, sliders are not recommended and should be be avoided as much as possible. I would recommend if you are using the plugin to swap to a static solution and disable notifications for it.
