Snippet: Load Lightbox Scripts Site-Wide

Important: Since Total 4.9.3 there is now a setting in the Customizer to enable the scripts globally so you don't need any custom code!

All PHP snippets should be added via child theme's functions.php file or via a plugin (we recommend WPCode)
